What We Do Here At Diamond Recovery Center
Drug Addiction Treatment
________________________
Drug addiction is a battle that far too many folks in Wyoming are fighting every day. It’s a struggle that not only affects the person dealing with addiction but also takes a toll on their loved ones and the entire community. When someone is caught in the grip of drug abuse, it can feel like there’s no way out, and the impact can be felt across generations. In Wyoming, the numbers paint a clear picture. According to recent statistics, drug overdose deaths have been on the rise, and the opioid epidemic has hit this state pretty hard. But behind each of these numbers is a person, a family, and a community that’s hurting. At Diamond Recovery Center, we understand the weight of this struggle, and we’re here to help you carry it. We offer a range of drug addiction treatment services designed to meet you where you are and help you take the first steps towards recovery.
Alcohol Addiction Treatment
________________________
Alcohol addiction is a silent struggle that many individuals in Wyoming face every day. It’s a battle that often goes unseen, but its impact is felt deeply by those who are trapped in its grip and by the people who love them. When someone is struggling with alcohol addiction, it can be easy to feel like there’s nowhere to turn but back to the bottle. The shame and stigma that often surround this disease can make it hard to reach out for help, and the fear of judgment can keep people trapped in a cycle of alcohol abuse. But at Diamond Recovery Center, we want you to know that you’re not alone. We are here to provide another way out, a path to a truly happy and healthy life.
Mental Health Treatment
________________________
Mental health struggles are no joke, and we know this. Mental health struggles are usually what fuel the addiction in the first place. Healing the mind is one of the most important parts of a recovery program, because if the mind is not healed, and those root causes are not resolved, the possibility of relapse increases dramatically. When you join the program at Diamond Recovery Center, you can expect to be healed mentally, spiritually, and physically. Below are a few of the mental health conditions we treat:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- PTSD
- Postpartum Depression
- And so much more!

About Our Residential Treatment Service
What is residential treatment, and how can it help?
Great question—and we’re glad you asked. Residential treatment means you or your loved one stays at our facility full time—day and night—in a safe, supportive place designed for healing. For anyone struggling with drug or alcohol addiction, it’s a way to step out of the chaos and into a space where real recovery can begin. Here in Kaysville, Utah, we welcome people from all over Wyoming. Maybe you’re from a small town where treatment options are limited—or maybe you’re just looking for the right kind of care, even if it means crossing state lines. Either way, we’re here to help.
Getting started often begins with detox
Depending on how serious the addiction is, the first step may be detox. This is where the body clears out the drugs or alcohol, and we keep a close eye on everything the whole time. Our medical team is available 24/7 to make sure it’s done safely and as comfortably as possible.
Then the real work begins
Once detox is done, you or your loved one moves into our full residential program. This is where healing really starts to happen. Here’s what a typical day might look like:
- One-on-one therapy and small group sessions
- Nutritious meals every day
- Comfortable, clean rooms to rest and recover
- Daily exercise and outdoor time
- Support from a team that truly cares
- Activities that help build confidence, joy, and connection again
We’re here for teens, adults, and even older adults who are ready to take the next step toward a life free from addiction.
Check Out Our Residential Facilities
We offer two separate residential facilities, one for women and one for men, because we understand that a safe, comfortable environment matters when it comes to healing. Having gender-specific spaces helps our clients feel more at ease, especially when talking about personal struggles or working through past trauma. It also allows us to tailor treatment in a way that truly fits the needs of each group, whether it’s a teenage girl just starting her recovery journey or an adult man who’s been battling addiction for years. No matter where you’re coming from or what your story is, we make sure you’re surrounded by people who understand and professionals who care.

Why Do You Treat Wyoming Residents?
When it comes to who we treat and who we want to help, there is no limit on what we would like to do. If we could help the entire world break free from its addictions and mental health struggles, we totally would. But we are only located in Northern Utah, so we need to pick and choose who has limited access to treatment, and Wyoming residents run into this problem when it comes to finding trustworthy, reliable, honest, and professional treatment centers. So we are here to fill in that gap for Wyoming residents and be the help that these individuals who are struggling with addiction and/or mental health disorders need. We are located right here in Kaysville, Utah. Our facilities are not too far from your part of town. Kaysville is only about a 6-hour drive from Cheyanne, a 4-hour drive from Jackson, just over a 1-hour drive from Evanston, and a 2.5-hour drive from Rock Springs. We service the entire state of Wyoming and also offer travel support.

In Network With Your Insurance
We know that cost can be one of the biggest concerns when looking for treatment—that’s why we work hard to make our services as accessible as possible. We’re in network with several major insurance providers, including BlueCross BlueShield, which is one of the most common plans among Wyoming residents. If you or your loved one carries BlueCross BlueShield, there’s a good chance your plan will cover a significant portion of treatment. Our admissions team is here to walk you through the insurance process step by step and help you understand your options, so finances don’t stand in the way of getting the help you need.
Why You Should Choose Diamond Recovery
We know there are a lot of options out there when it comes to treatment. But if you’re reading this, you’re probably looking for something different—something that actually feels real, honest, and truly helpful. That’s what we offer here at Diamond Recovery Center.
Here’s why so many families from Wyoming choose us:
We’re In-Network with BlueCross BlueShield: We work with several major insurance providers, including BlueCross BlueShield, which many Wyoming residents have. That means treatment is more affordable, and our team will help you figure out your benefits so there are no surprises.
We Offer Separate Homes for Men and Women: Healing is deeply personal, and we want you to feel safe and supported. That’s why we have two separate residential facilities, one for women and one for men, so you can focus fully on your recovery in a space that feels right for you.
We’re Close to Home, But Far Enough to Focus: Our center is located in Kaysville, Utah—just a few hours’ drive from many Wyoming towns. You get the benefit of stepping away from your current environment without being too far from family and home.
We Treat Teens, Adults & Seniors: Addiction doesn’t care how old you are—and neither do we. Whether you’re a parent worried about your teen, an adult who’s been struggling for years, or a senior who never thought this would be part of your story, we’re here to help.
We Treat Mental Health, Too: Addiction and mental health go hand-in-hand. We help with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and more, because true recovery means healing the mind, not just the body.
We Care Because We’ve Been There: Many of us have walked this road ourselves, either personally or alongside someone we love. You’re not just another client here—you’re someone we truly want to see get better.
