Leading Specialists
Leading specialists in addiction and mental health treatment are dedicated professionals who have a deep understanding of the complex nature of these conditions. They include psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals who have specialized training in addiction and mental health treatment. These specialists use a range of evidence-based techniques and approaches to help individuals struggling with addiction and mental health issues. They collaborate with other healthcare providers and support systems to provide comprehensive and holistic care to their patients.
Advanced Therapy
Therapy plays a crucial role in the treatment of addiction and mental health issues. Through therapy, individuals can explore the underlying causes of their behaviors and emotions, and develop coping strategies to manage their symptoms. There are various forms of therapy available, including individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is a widely used approach that helps people recognize and change negative thought patterns and behaviors. Other therapeutic approaches, such as motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), are also effective in treating addiction and mental health issues. In addition to therapy, holistic approaches such as mindfulness and meditation can also help individuals cope with their symptoms and promote overall wellness.
Individualized Treatment
Individualized treatment is a critical component of effective addiction and mental health treatment. Every person’s experience with addiction and mental health is unique, and therefore, a one-size-fits-all approach to treatment is not effective. Individualized treatment takes into account a person’s specific needs, experiences, and circumstances, and tailors the treatment plan accordingly. This includes identifying the underlying causes of the addiction or mental health issue, addressing co-occurring disorders, and developing a comprehensive plan that includes therapy, medication management, and other support services. Individualized treatment also allows for flexibility and adaptation of the treatment plan as the person’s needs change over time. By offering personalized care, individualized treatment can lead to better outcomes and increased success in recovery.

Health, hope, and healing are at the root of how Dr. Blaser practices medicine. He believes that we all want to live a full, healthy life, and when our health suffers, we begin to lose hope.
